is established, by
Gilbert Loke, a qualified accountant from the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, with a mission to provide ‘management
and business solutions and support’ for business entrepreneurs carrying on
business in Hong Kong and in China. We understand that many clients who are located elsewhere
in the world and when they come to Hong Kong and China to do their business,
then they need someone who is reliable, trust-worthy and capable to take
care of their business matters. We are here to bridge that gap by providing all
the necessary management and business support to enable our clients' businesses
to be carried in an effective, efficient and economic manner. Our clients
can treat us as one of their team to take care of things for them in Hong Kong and
in China.
Our business solutions include various strategic matters covering company formation,
accounting services, financials, taxation, commercial and management matters to enable our clients to develop, monitor and control their businesses more effectively. Sustaining competitive advantage for our clients is
one of our aims.
